Hot, Sexy abs right here!!!Mar 15, 2009 I love a challange! Yet, I want a workout that can be done even if you aren't in the best shape. This workout does just that! The exercises are tough but can be modified. I started out week and lame and this workout help build me into the sexy person I am today! With a series of different exercies you work out all of your abdominals. This workout helps you acheive long lean muscles and great flexability. I have tried other videos but never to I feel that I get better results than with Mari. I LOVE LOVE LOVE this workout!
